The invention relates to succinate and malonate salts of E-2-Methoxy-N-(3-{4 - [3- methyl-4-(6-methyl-pyridin-3-yloxy)-phenylamino]-quinazolin-6-yl}-allyl) - acetamide having formula (I). More particular the present invention relates to sesquisuccinate and di-malonate salts of formula (I). The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing the succinate and malonate salts of formula (I). The invention further relates to methods of treating hyperproliferative diseases, such as cancers, in mammals, especially humans by administering the above salts and to methods of preparing the above salts.
