PURPOSE: An emulsion cracking furnace for the petroleum chemical waste is provided, to collect the flammable gases generated by the incomplete combustion of the waste tire and to recycle the collected gases as a fuel. CONSTITUTION: The emulsion cracking furnace is such that a waste molten ingot mixed with a cracking emulsion catalyst is continuously supplied irrespective of the rotation of an emulsion cracking rotation furnace(2), and the supplied waste molten ingot is cracked in the emulsion cracking rotation furnace(2) containing a spiral waste ingot deliver screw(6) and the remaining carbides are delivered to a carbide discharge hole(2-4). The cracked gases are condensed to liquid state in a cooling water circulation device and is collected into each storage tank, respectively.
