PURPOSE: A driving device of an LCD panel is provided to match the changed impedance to a load of an LCD module by installing an impedance matching portion in the inside of a timing controller. CONSTITUTION: A driving device includes a timing controller(300), a gate driver IC, and a data driver IC. The timing controller inputs or outputs the image information and control signals. The gate driver IC receives the control signals from the timing controller and the gate on/off power from a DC/DC converter in order to supply scan signals an LCD panel. The data driver IC receives the image information and the control signals from the timing controller and the reference voltage from the DC/DC converter in order to supply the image information to the LCD panel. An impedance matching portion(301) is installed in the inside of the timing controller in order to set up various impedance and selected the proper impedance according to a load(400) of an LCD module.
