METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ACTIVATED CSBP-2 USING E.COLI

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing activated CSBP-2(Cytokine-suppressive anti-inflammatory drug-binding protein 2), as a mitogen-activated protein kinase, using E.coli. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing activated CSBP-2(Cytokine-suppressive anti-inflammatory drug-binding protein 2) using E.coli comprises culturing transformed E.coli with a recombinant vector containing CSBP-2 gene, at low temperature to massively express CSBP-2, and purifying the expressed CSBP-2 by affinity chromatography to give activated CSBP-2 with high purity.
