PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a wide-range frequency shift of carrier regeneration of a digital transmitting device and to improve response characteristics. SOLUTION: The transmitting device comprising a modulation part which encodes input data, a transmission part having a transmission high-frequency part which converts the modulated wave to a high frequency and transmits it, a reception high-frequency part which receives a transmitted signal and converts it to an intermediate frequency, and a reception part having a demodulation part which converts the intermediate-frequency signal into a base-band signal and decodes it, separates the frequency shift between transmission and reception which is detected by the demodulation part into shift amounts by units of the number of carriers and a shift amount less than the number of the carriers, makes frequency corrections, and regenerates the carriers.
