PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent users except for a subscriber from receiving a pay program after subscribing contract. SOLUTION: If a selected program is a pay program, it is discriminated whether the pay program is a secret program or not (S4). If it is not a secret program, a display is given for requiring the input of a PIN (personal identification number) (S5).
