Method for constructing load carrying beams and structures which are reinforced by bending inserts with a combined effect for stiffening the structures

A method for constructing load carrying beams and structures uses high specification materials for bending inserts which are bent and secured into the structures and which have a total bending resistance derived from two basic elements. One of the elements provides the bent shape leaving the other element to support the load. Weight reducing carbon fibre is used to reinforce steel profiles and steel cables which are integrated into the structures.
