PURPOSE: A computer-readable medium storing job seeker information, and a system and a method for searching the job seeker information using the same are provided to enable a job seeker to search a job offering company by directly offering a database file recording the job seeker information or the medium storing the database file, and to automatically inform the job seeker of the employment for the company. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a server(6) providing a web page enabling a job seeker computer(2) to input and modify the resume information, and a database(7) storing the resume information by linking with the server(6). The server(6) includes a tool transmitting a job seeker information searching program and the database including the job seeker information to job offering company computers(8,8',8''), the tool responding to a signal requesting the ID information of a strong candidate from the searching program installed to the job offering company computers(8,8',8''), and the tool automatically informing the job seeker having the corresponding ID of the request through an e-mail and a cellular phone.
