摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defect correction method for a distortion occurring in a reed screen type part of a thin metal sheet with very narrow slit type apertures manufactured by a photo-etching process. SOLUTION: The distortion in the reed screen type part 13a is corrected by deforming a root portion of the locally distorted reed screen type part 13a into a normal position, after gripping the root portion of the distorted reed screen type part 13a from both top and bottom sides with a cramping tool 21 having small flat faces at the tips, either moving it to the normal position and then heating in that position or moving it to the normal position while heating. By applying this method, the distortion occurring in the reed screen type part of the thin metal sheet with the slit type apertures manufactured by the photo-etching process can be corrected, which enables elimination of rejection to be disposed and improvement of the manufacturing yield.
