<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet advantageously usable in the production of a molded article having good design effect, excellent in abrasion resistance, weatherability and chemical resistance, having no surface tackiness and excellent in processability and storage stability. <P>SOLUTION: The transfer sheet includes a layer comprising a photocurable resin composition (A), which contains a thermoplastic resin (a-1) having a photopolymerizable functional group in its side chain and a photopolymerization initiator (a-2), and substantially contains no crosslinkable compound other than the resin (a-1); and a release sheet (B) having releasability.
