摘要 |
PURPOSE: A low-speed high-torque commutatorless DC(Direct Current) motor is provided to improve the torque of a motor by increasing an excitation width and an excitation phase. CONSTITUTION: Each phase is wound without connecting phases. A forward sensor(11) and a backward sensor(11) are arranged on a stator winding of each phase and assembled with a rectifying encoder(10) to make an excitation width of 360ws(N-1/2)/NP and to alternate N phase and (N-1) phase. The rectifying encoder(10) and the sensor(11) are coupled and a rotor is rotated. Then, an exciting current of each phase and a synthetic current are generated. A torque generated by the exciting current is higher than a conventional commutatorless DC motor.
