<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic photographing device and a control method for the automatic photographing device which automatically select a transmission destination according to service contents that a photographed person selects without placing any burden on the photographed person and thus lighten up the burden of operation on the photographed person. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic photographing device has a service selecting means, a photographing means, and an information transmitting and receiving means and is enabled to select a transmission destination of face image information photographed by the photographing means according to a result inputted by the service selecting means.
