METHOD FOR FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING OF A CELLULOSE WADDING SHEET

The invention concerns a method for flexographic printing of a cellulose wadding sheet with basic weight ranging between 15 and 35 g/m2, in particular with density less than 130 kg/m3, comprising at least a printing unit with a slide stage with which ink is applied on the sheet. The method is characterized in that it consists in prior application of an undercoat limiting absorption of said ink by the cellulose wadding sheet, beneath the tones to be printed. The undercoat ink may be an acrylic-based varnish or an ink based on TiO2 pigments.
