PURPOSE: A cooling system of a foaming extruder is provided to operate same extrusion and cooling as general extrusion speed by using one screw with adding a non-power cooling device between the screw of the extruder and an output die. CONSTITUTION: A screw is made by a length of a heating portion(10), and a non-power cool mixer(100) substitutes for a cooling portion in a cooling system of a foaming extruder. The cool mixer comprises a first coupling(110), a mixer body(120) and a second coupling(130). The first coupling has a disperse hole(111) dispersed to several feed holes by combining to a cylinder of the heating portion. The mixer body has a feed pipe(121) connected to the disperse hole directly. The second coupling collects each feed pipe through a collecting hole(131) and supplies to a die. The mixer body comprises an external pipe(122), supplying and exhausting oil connecting pipes(123,124) and a support plate(127). The external pipe receives each feed pipe in regular intervals. Supplying and exhausting oil connecting pipes are installed to supply and exhaust into the external pipe with heating oil and cooling oil. The support plate has a receiving groove(125) fitted to an outer edge of the feed pipe and a feed groove(126) on one site of the outer edge. The support plate is arranged to support several sites inside the external pipe. The feed groove is formed to upper and lower sides in turns to feed oil up and down.
