PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container cap that ensures sealability sufficiently and, at the same time, prevents a connecting portion from being broken when an outer cap is screwed onto an inner cap and that prevents an accumulation of dust, etc. on the connecting portion. SOLUTION: The container cap comprises the inner cap 10 and the outer cap 20. In the inner cap 10, a discharging tube 16 having a screw 15 on its external face is formed on a fitting tube 14 comprising an inner tube 11 and an outer tube 12 connected together by a short top plate 13. The outer cap 20 comprises a side tube 20 which fits on the screw of the inner cap, and a covering tube 23 the diameter of which increases from the bottom of the side tube. In the container cap, the connecting portion 27 which is breakable is formed in the vertical wall of the side tube and a tamper-evident tube is defined by part of the side tube, which is right below the connecting portion, and the covering tube.
