<p>PURPOSE: To increase the scale of a switch array of a cross point switch circuit by suppressing the increase in the number of circuit component elements. CONSTITUTION: A selector consists of a switch array 1(1) of a tree structure consisting primarily of the double branch and an address buffer 2(1) which generates the complementary address signals to secure the complementary switching operations of switch elements of the array 1(1) for each class. Then plural pieces of such selectors are used, and plural input terminals are connected in common to each selector. Then the desired one of input terminals 11 to 14 is connected to one or plural ones of output terminals 01 to 04 in accordance with each combination of logical value of address signals. In such a constitution, a cross switch circuit is obtained.</p> |
