PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for entering into a power purchase contract capable of providing a most inexpensive contract menu to each power consumer from a position of one power supplier under conditions where many power suppliers and various contract menus are present. SOLUTION: At the time of the first contract with the power consumer, one power supplier contracts an appropriate contract menu as a temporary contract, simultaneously installs a power measuring device capable of measuring power consumption of the power consumer at all times and successively performs updating to the optimum contract menu on the basis of data of the power consumption stored over one year. Thus, the most inexpensive contract menu is provided for each power consumer. |
