PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleaching agent composition, which has a high bleaching effect and does not cause any bleaching unevenness. SOLUTION: There is provided a bleaching agent composition containing hydrogen peroxide, a surface active agent and water and having a pH of 9-12 at 20 deg.C, wherein the amount of 0.1 N aqueous sulfuric acid solution necessary to adjust the pH at 20 deg.C of 100 ml of the composition to 7 is 40-1,000 ml. The bleaching agent composition is directly applied to dirts.
