SOLUTION: The waste acid solution A is fed to a pressure dialyzer 6 to dialyze the solution and is separated to the acid substrate F and a metal concentrate R increased in the concentration of the metals. The metal concentrate R is fed to an ion exchange resin device 15, by which the liquid is separated to the acid solution F and the waste W.
