FIELD: filters for thickening suspensions; thickeners for sapropel extracted from bottom deposits of water basins. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has housing, filtering partitions, pressure pipe line used for delivery of hydraulic mixture, vacuum line connected with vacuum pump and loading and unloading units. Housing consists of adjoining cylindrical pressure and vacuum chambers separated by round filtering partitions with helical strainer located along central longitudinal axis of housing in sealing bushes of filtering partitions; said strainer is provided with clamping nuts at the ends. Upper parts of vacuum and pressure chambers are connected respectively with pressure pipe line by means of branch pipes; lower parts are connected with chute of helical conveyer by means of funnels and with filtrate collector by means of branch pipes. Hydraulic mixture supply branch pipes are located tangentially relative to longitudinal axis of pressure chambers provided with blades fitted on helical strainer by means of bushes for radial rotation and interaction with filtrating partitions. Chute of helical conveyer has form of round cylinder in cross section and is provided with coaxial jacket in area between unloading branch pipe and extreme vacuum chamber; jacket is provided with branch pipe in its lower portion. Chute is perforated and screw feeder has variable pitch of helical surface decreasing towards discharge of sapropel. Perforated section of chute is made in form of insert provided with flanges at the ends and freely located between flanges; it is fixed radially by means of jacket bolted to flanges of chute. Space between jacket and perforated section of chute is sealed up by means of circular gaskets laid between said flanges. EFFECT: increased productivity; reduced labor consumption due to continuous regeneration of filtering partitions. 3 dwg |
