FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing with cavity for medicinal substance and stem-piston movable inside casing. Rear end of casing is made in the form of clamp with springy petals provided with V-shaped projections, which permanently compress stem-piston without hindering movement of stem-piston under the action of force applied. Notches and figures are formed on surface of stem-piston. Length of working part of stem-piston is longer than casing. Overflow openings are formed at casing end for connecting said cavity with atmosphere. Operating end of casing is made in the form of cone. Apparatus is used for treating hemorrhoids and other diseases in small pelvis region.
