TIME STAMP VALUE CONTROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time stamp value controller capable of improving the storage efficiency of data while maintaining data quality. SOLUTION: A time stamp value difference operating part 103 calculates a time stamp value difference showing a difference between an input time stamp value and the preceding time stamp value. A deciding part 104 decides whether the time stamp value difference is within a reference time stamp value range obtained by adding an allowable range to a reference frame interval value. An output selecting part 105 outputs a value obtained by adding the reference frame interval value to the preceding time stamp value as an output time stamp value when the time stamp value difference is within the reference time stamp value range, and also outputs the input time stamp value as an output time stamp value when the time stamp value difference is decided to be outside the reference time stamp value range.
