PURPOSE: A center pillar and rear door structure of a limousine are provided to improve rear passenger's convenience in getting off the limousine, without lowering the exterior view of the limousine. CONSTITUTION: In a center pillar(30) and rear door structure of a limousine, the width of the center is narrow and a rear door(20) is long to completely cover the center pillar. A wide center pillar shape portion(40) is formed to the part covering the center pillar of the rear door. The part excepting the center pillar shape portion has the same length as a front door(10). Thus, rear passenger's convenience is improved in getting off the limousine.
