PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a bottom bracket and a front derailleur to a bicycle frame. SOLUTION: The device comprises a bottom bracket tube 16, a front derailleur attaching bracket 18, and first and second mutual complementary attaching structures 16c and 18f. The first and second mutual complementary attaching structures are structured so that the front derailleur attaching bracket is held in the previously set rotational direction and axial direction on the end edge part in the axial direction of the bottom bracket tube 16 before the bottom bracket 20 is screwed into an inner female pathway 16a of the bottom bracket tube 16. The first mutual complementary attaching structure is formed as a slot 16c, and the second mutual complementary attaching structure is formed as a projection 18f engaged with the slot 16c.
