MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR DECORATIVE FOAMED COMPOSITE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method wherein a decorative sheet having design properties can be stuck with excellent adhesion on the surface of an extruded foamed composite and also a decorative foamed composite is manufactured simply and at a low cost. SOLUTION: While a foamed core 100 is formed by foaming a foamable resin 10 for the foamed core, the surface of the foamed core 100 is covered with a skin material 30, so as to prepare an extruded intermediate. This is led to a cooling sizing die 4 and made into the extruded foamed composite 80, and the decorative foamed composite 8 is manufactured by sticking the decorative sheet 7 on the surface of that composite. On the occasion of sticking the decorative sheet 7, the extruded foamed composite 80 is cooled in the cooling sizing die 4 so that the temperature of the surface thereof at the exit of the die 4 be in a temperature range lower by 0-50 deg.C than the softening point or the temperature of crystallization of the skin material 30.
