PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a large amount of costs have been spent in air-conditioning equipment or the like because the injury of allergy due to ticks or the like has occurred in many places in a humid living environment having inferior air permeability after the usage of natural raw materials is reduced in a building and a large number of the building materials of artificial substances and chemically synthesized products are used. SOLUTION: The usage of chaff smoked coal as a familiar natural material as the building material can contribute to solve the problem largely. Chaff smoked coal is a germless raw material composed of inorganic carbon and silicic acid, adsorbs a harmful substance, has a high deodorizing effect and high air cleaning action. The porosity of the chaff smoked coal has high heat- insulating, soundproof, moisture absorbing and moisture desorbing effects, and is economical.
