PRINTER AND ITS PRINT HEAD UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform clean printing depending on the characteristics of a print head used in each individual printer. SOLUTION: The print head unit is provided readably with head identification information predetermined depending on the characteristics of the print head which vary depending on the manufacturing record of the print head unit. The printer performs print processing according to print processing parameters determined depending on the head identification information.
