PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal ornament which brings about an extremely useful therapy and effect to a wearing person by making good use of a therapeutic theory which is a British aura-soma therapy. SOLUTION: The personal ornament 1 is formed by selecting two colors from a multiplicity of colors based on the therapeutic theory of the aura-soma therapy and embodying these two colors by ores which are jewels. The respective jewels having the respective colors of the two colors are fabricated as one jewel (jewelry) 2 and 3 and members for ornamentation are added to this jewel (jewelry). When the wearing person puts this jewel (jewelry) on his or her body, the therapeutic effect based on the color therapeutic theory from the viewpoint that mind is healed by the selected two colors best matching the wearing person can be further improved.
