PURPOSE: A structure for a wall and a construction method of a building are provided to improve the construction property and to reduce the construction time by constructing the wall without wiring steel reinforcing and without installing a cast. CONSTITUTION: Many internal and external vertical bars(10,10a) are vertically arranged at regular intervals by facing each other. Many internal and external horizontal bars(20a) are connected with the vertical bars through combining bars(30) and fixed at regular intervals lengthwise the vertical bars. Internal and external plates(40,40a) are fixed in each horizontal bar. The structure is used as a steel reinforcing or a cast.
