摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a compound for efficiently labeling a tumorous cell, to provide an efficient method for proliferating a Vγ2Vδ2 type T cell which is one species of cytotoxic killer T cells and a method for specifically injuring the tumorous cell. SOLUTION: This method is to treat the tumorous cell with an agent containing at least one kind of nonpeptidic antigen consisting of a pyrophosphoric acid monoester, its salt and a hydrate thereof, an aminobisphosphonate, its salt and a hydrate thereof, an alkylamine and an alkenylamine, thereby label the tumorous cell, proliferate the Vγ2Vδ2 type T cell which is one species of cytotoxic killer T cell located in the intermediate between natural immunity and adaptive immunity by a recognizable structure derivatized on the labeled tumorous cell and further injure the tumorous cell labeled with the proliferated Vγ2Vδ2 type T cell. The immune therapy of cancers can be carried out by the method.
