PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prohibit use of a nonrectangular sheet under a state set such that imaging is not performed at a part of a nonrectangular sheet being rendered nonrectangular. SOLUTION: A contraction layout execution designating section 108 contracts the image of a mass of document bundle being read out at a document reading section 101 based on a designation from an operating section 107 at a specified contraction rate for a recording sheet stored in a specified recording sheet carrying section 113 and then designates an imaging section 114 to form an image by arranging images. A plurality of pieces of digital image information are contracted at a specified contraction rate, respectively, and sheet feed operation is not performed at a nonrectangular sheet feeding section when the plurality of pieces of digital image information are recorded on a recording sheet stored in a sheet feed section specified by the operator such that an image is formed at a rate of one recording sheet for each specified number of pieces of digital image information specified by an operator. |
