PURPOSE: A crime prevention apparatus using a radio frequency and a kitchen multi function apparatus comprising the same are provided to transmit or receive a peculiar code to/from an adjacent house after setting the peculiar code to each house of an apartment. CONSTITUTION: A-key input part(10) inputs or releases an alarm command, and a peculiar code storing part(20) stores a discrimination code. A memory part(40) stores a peculiar number of a remote controller. A radio transceiver part(30) transmits/receives an alarm request signal including the above discrimination code during an emergency. A micro processor(60) judges whether the alarm request signal received through the radio transceiver part is a signal being output from an adjacent house, and thus controls to output an alarm according to its result. And an information output part(50) outputs an alarm according to a control command of the micro processor.
