PURPOSE: A computer remote control system is provided to remotely turn on/off a computer when necessary, and to automatically connect the computer with an Internet network when the computer is remotely turned on, thereby enabling the computer to access through the Internet network. CONSTITUTION: A computer on/off module(1) is mountable on outside or inside of a computer, and connected with telephone line. The computer on/off module(1) turns on/off the computer by a call from outside through a telephone line. A hard disk driver(2) stores a program with which a user accesses the computer by using an external computer when the computer is turned on. When the computer is turned on through the computer on/off module(1), the main CPU(3) executes the program stored in the hard disk driver(2).
