PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly manage identification information due to electronic data that are issued by a different route, and at the same time secure the security of issued identification information. SOLUTION: Each barcode-issuing server 2 encodes an issued barcode by a peculiar key of cryptograph, and at the same time adds a server identification code for indicating an issuer. The barcode is converted to a two-dimensional barcode having the image pattern of a two-dimensional matrix according to a format that is prepared corresponding to the model of a cellular phone 3 for transmitting to the cellular phone 3. An entrepreneur terminal 4 reads the two-dimensional barcode that is displayed in the cellular phone 3 for transmitting to the barcode-issuing server 2. The barcode-issuing server 2 specifies the issue source based on the server identification code contained into the two-dimensional barcode that is transmitted from the entrepreneur terminal 4, and carries out decoding when the issuer is itself. When the issue is not made by the barcode-issuing server itself, the decoding is requested to the barcode-issuing server 2 at the issue source via a barcode management server 1. |
