SOLUTION: A server 104 collects danger information (near miss information or accident information) on road traffic from a terminal 101. The server 104 stores this information. The danger information is distributed responding to the request from the terminal 101. The terminal 101 originates warning and guides the driver and pedestrians so as to avoid a dangerous area in the case of passing through the dangerous area.
