PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component carrying device requiring no open/close driving mechanism and no open/close driving program, and operated by a soft-touch. SOLUTION: In this component carrying device, an elastic element is adhered to one end portion of a elasticity supporting element, and the other ends of the plural elasticity supporting elements are fixed to a carrying supporting element so as to disposed the plural elastic elements at a measurements positions putting a component between them.
