PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation system for a residential damping device having no need to individually cope with each house such as tuning of a divided mass type dynamic damper, and capable of prominently improving productivity and eliminating or reducing antiresonance. SOLUTION: Divided mass type dynamic dampers 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d with two to eight divided masses 11a, 11b, 11c and 11c and standardized so that each characteristic frequency is increased or reduced in order of pitch width within a range of 0.1-0.8 Hz are prepared beforehand per house frequency zone determined within a range of 2-8 Hz. A standardized divided mass type dynamic damper 1 is selected from a house frequency zone including a characteristic frequency of a house, and it is installed in the house as it is.
