PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive stretchable nonwoven fabric of melt-blown fibers that has excellent elasticity, a proper level of elongation stress, high chemical resistance and antiblocking properties, occurs no noxious combustion gas, can be recyclably produced in no need of complicated production steps and to provide the fiber articles using the same. SOLUTION: A resin composition including (A) 20-80 wt.% of an olefinic copolymer component with the crystallinity of 0-50% and the number-average molecular weight (Mn) of 30,000-60,000 and (B) 80-20 wt.% of a hydrogenated butadiene polymer component is melt-blown to give the stretchable nonwoven fabric of melt-blown fibers and the fiber articles are produced from the melt- blown nonwoven fabric.
