PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of efficiently transmitting a signal by alternately outputting the signal by making the timing of the horizontal polarization of the signal different from that of the vertical polarization. SOLUTION: This device is constituted of a first transmitter 28 for supplying transmission data from a signal outputting circuit 27 to an antenna 33 for horizontal polarization, a delay circuit 31, and a second transmitter 29 for delaying the transmission data from the signal output circuit 27 for a prescribed time, and for transmitting the data to an antenna 34 for vertical polarization. Thus, the horizontally polarized data are transmitted from the antenna 33 for horizontal polarization, and the same data are delayed and transmitted to the antenna 34 for vertical polarization. |
