If there exist such components, maintenance advice mail sending means 6B sends a mail to a user terminal 2 of a corresponding user. When the user terminal 2 accesses an elevator maintenance specification setting server 1 in accordance with the mail, maintenance specification input screen providing means 8 provides a screen for the user terminal 2. Maintenance request information registering means 9 registers request information input to the screen into the elevator information management database 4.
