PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-running copier capable of moving to an arbitrary place in response to a user's desire and copying by fetching an original. SOLUTION: The self-running copier comprises driving wheels including a drive wheel and a steering wheel having a self-running function; a communicating means having radio transmitting and receiving functions of information; a task storage means for storing a task; a map storage means for storing map information displaying position information of a destination in two-dimensional coordinates; and a schedule updating means for updating a schedule based on present position information, position information of the destination included in a moving command received by the communicating means, a following schedule stored in the schedule storage means, and map information stored in the map information storage means. The copier drives the wheels by the drive means according to the schedule calculated by the schedule updating means, and conducts a copying work from an original at each destination. |
