SOLUTION: The system has: a generator drive 91 provided with a generator 16 connected mechanically to the engine, a generator drive temperature detecting section that detects the temperature of the generator drive, a generator rotating speed detecting section that detects the rotating speed of the generator, a generator torque restricting means 95 that restricts the generator torque in accordance with the detected temperature, and an engine torque restricting means 96 that restricts the engine torque in accordance with the detected rotating speed of the generator. When the temperature of the generator drive 91 increases, the generator torque is reduced, and when the generator rotating speed increases as the generator torque is reduced, the engine torque is reduced, so that the engine torque is sufficiently supported by the generator torque. |
