PYROLIGNEOUS LIQUID AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided are drinkable pyroligneous liquid and a method for manufacturing the same by using Eriobotrya japonica Lindley and ginger. The manufactured pyroligneous liquid is drinkable and causes no adverse effects. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing drinkable pyroligneous liquid comprises the steps of: collecting basic pyroligneous liquid and adding Eriobotrya japonica Lindley thereto in an amount of 1-2kg per 20L of the basic pyroligneous liquid; and fermenting the mixture for 6-12 months and subjecting it to fractional distillation twice to obtain clear pyroligneous liquid. In the fermentation step, ginger is optionally added in an amount of 500-700cc per 20L of the basic pyroligneous liquid.
