PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced packaging paper enhanced in cushioning properties at the same time that the structure of the packaging paper is reinforced, achieving the purpose of environmental pollution-free incineration treatment and perfect recycling. SOLUTION: First and second sheets 1 and 2 made of paper are laminated and longitudinal paper tapes 3 are parallelly arranged to the laminated interface of both sheets 1 and 2 made of paper so as to leave intervals. Lateral paper tapes 4 are parallelly provided so as to leave intervals while combined along with the longitudinal paper tapes 3 so as to allow both tapes to cross each other to provide the reinforced packaging paper comprising kraft paper.
