PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a gas detector whose accuracy and reliability are high. SOLUTION: A voltage which is applied to a heater 5 so as to be electrostatically coupled to, and overlapped with, a gas detection part capable of detecting gas when heated by the heater 5 is offset by a signal amplifier 10 and a differentiator 11, and the gas detector of high reliability is realized. |
