PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile headlump cleaning device capable of easily positioning a spray nozzle at a front surface proper position on a surface to be cleaned as compared with a telescopic nozzle, and decreasing a space required for storing related components. SOLUTION: A headlump or a windshield of an automobile is cleaned by cleaning agent discharged from a spray nozzle 7. The spray nozzle 7 is installed to an attaching portion pivotally movably fixed to a vehicular body so as to pivotally moving to enter a vehicular body at a pausing position and pivotally move out to a cleaning position by an actuator.
