PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel connecting structure which allows easy and quick connection of panels P. SOLUTION: The panel connecting structure is formed by connecting the plurality of panels P having nut members 3 on their side portions, respectively, by inserting a bolt member 4 to the nut members 3. According to the panel connecting structure, the nut members 3 are mounted on both the side portions 11A, 11B of each panel P, and the bolt member 4 is withdrawably engaged with the nut member 3 mounted on one of the panels P2. Then, the bolt member 4 is further engaged with the nut member 3 of the adjacent panel P1.
