PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology by which the completion time of a continued games by a game player can be precisely recognized. SOLUTION: When the ball renting switch of a ball renting machine is pressed at time T18, a ball renting pulse is input in a hall computer in the same manner as the case of time T2 or the like. At the time T18, specified information for a member A is not input, and therefore, it is applied to a state wherein the completion of the continued game of the member A can be determined. Therefore, the CPU of the hall computer confirms that time T16 estimated at the time T18 has been actually the completion of the continued game. As a result, one time of the continued game for the member A is recognized to be a period from the time when the member A has inserted the member card in a card reader (time T1) to the time T16.
