PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling pillow which, unlike general pillows of mainly bearing the head, prevents injuring of the neck arising from inclining or sinking of the segment in contact with the head or disengaging from the head while asleep and enables a user to easily move the pillow to desired areas or to easily move the positions in contact with the head in a bed ridden state. SOLUTION: The rolling pillow 1 which is used in contact with the desired areas, such as the crest of the neck and the head or the like is provided by using an elastic body, such as a high-density and high-elasticity urethane foam or high-elasticity foamed styrol, and forming this elastic body to an easily rollable columnar shape, long from side to side, having two outer peripheral surfaces 2 of a circular shape or polygonal shape.
