PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of food using plump joint as a main component is provided to be excellent in preference, to easily absorb it into the human body and to be able to preserve it for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of food using plump joint as a main component includes the steps of: making double-boiled liquid by heating the mixture in purified water after mixing plump joint, Machilia, Saussurea root and malt; obtaining the first filtrated liquid by filtrating the double-boiled liquid; descending the temperature of the first filtrated liquid; depositing flakes of plump joint in the temperature-reduced first filtrated liquid; obtaining the second filtrated liquid by filtrating the first filtrated liquid where flakes of plump joint are deposited; mixing oligosaccharide and honey with the second filtrated liquid; and processing the mixture with the high-temperature short-time sterilizing method.
